4th Petnica Students' Conference, December 8-11, 2005
PROPOSITIONS

1 Petnica Students' Conference is, primarily, an event organized as a part of Petnica educational annual cycle. However, all high school students (age 15-19) regardless of their nationality, type of the school etc. are welcome and eligible for the Conference as far as they match the standards of Petnica papers. In the case of non-Petnica students, papers should be submitted to the Organizational Committee by specific scientific or educational institution.

2 One paper cannot have more than three authors .

3 All submitted papers must have research character (descriptive papers, essays, papers without any results obtained by authors themselves etc. will not be considered). Keeping in mind that the primary goal of the Conference is to promote learning through research as an educational model, persistent and successful utilization of scientific method during the research process is here more important than scientific value of the presented results.

4 Submitted paper must be result of independent students' research work. Papers where students had a marginal role or had not participated in all segments of research would not be considered.

5 In formally-technical sense, paper must be written according to instructions that could be downloaded from the Conference Web site, http://www.psc.ac.yu/konferencija .

6 Deadline for submission of papers is November 6, 2005.

Organizational Committee in co-operation with PSC Professional Team and Scientific Council will select and referee submitted papers. The Committee will decide also which paper should be presented as oral or as poster presentation. Organizational Committee will send comments and requirements concerning publication of the papers to the authors as soon as possible. (Because of efficiency and short period for paper preparation, we suggest that all correspondence should be in e-mail form.)

All authors invited to the Conference are required to bring final versions of their papers prepared for printing according to the Instructions. The authors asked to prepare their presentations as a poster should prepare poster and short version of the paper according to detailed instructions that could be found at the Conference Web site.

During the Conference, participants are required to hand over final versions of their papers to the editor of Petnica Papers. Papers that still not meet propositions and technical requirements would not be published.
